Landon Rose started the game for Mishawaka Freshman Cavemen and recorded 12 outs. A sacrifice fly by Conroy put South Bend Saint Joesph Freshman on the board in the top of the second. Carroll earned the win for South Bend Saint Joesph Freshman. The hurler allowed zero hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out nine and walking five. Rose took the loss for Mishawaka Freshman Cavemen. The hurler went four innings, giving up one run (zero earned) on one hit, striking out three and walking three. Haigh earned the save.
